Paris à Londres – A New Residency Series at Levan & Bar Levan
Paris is the city of love for some—for us, it’s the city of gastronomy and goût. It’s the place we return to as often as our schedules, wallets, and arteries allow. Levan & Bar Levan are intrinsically inspired by Paris—from its lively bistros and cave à manger to its infectious joie de vivre. The restaurant and wine bar scene there is among the best in the world, and every visit leaves us more inspired than the last.
So, as proud Parisii-philes, we’re bringing a taste of our favourite Parisian spots straight to London. Each month, we’ll be welcoming a different Parisian restaurant, putting them on the Eurostar, and settling them into Peckham for a one-day residency.
Each residency will feature a set menu lunch at Levan, followed by an after-party at Bar Levan with music, wine, and good times.
The Line- Up
We’ve teamed up four of the French capital’s most revered independent restaurants – three emerging new-breed/new-gen bistros and one stalwart/veteran of the wine scene to bring an extra serving of joie de vivre to Peckham. Introducing Paris à Londres, a new residency series running from April to July, where some of our favourite informal bistros from the French capital will take over Levan & Bar Levan for an entire day each month.

Paris’s hottest new wine bar in the 11th with guest chefs on rotation. Maxime and Solal, used to work for the well-respected Chambre Noire crew, bought their site from their old boss, and have now created one of Paris’s most fun and furious spot, pumping out ridiculous wines from across France. The guest chef have featured the likes of George Black, Demi Yeh and Sahin Erdel. For this event they will be teaming up with Chef Paul-Alexis who will be cooking up a killer menu of…. Les Oeillets classics and more.
They also happen to be sick DJs too, so watch out of the after party at Bar Levan. Heat incoming!

Wines will be curated in collaboration with each guest restaurant, spotlighting their favourite growers.
After lunch, Bar Levan will host the after-party, where we’ll be spinning records and pouring great wine late into the evening.
